How do I place an order?

How can I change the information I provided?

Modifications can be made to your personal information when you manage your account 
after you have logged in.

I have forgotten my username, what do I do?

loginGo to the section's login and click on the "Forgot your username?
Enter an email address associated with your account. Your username will be mailed to the e-mail address associated with your account.

 

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Go to the section's login and click on the "Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your account. You will be sent a verification code. Once you have received it, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

How do I sign up?

Why is my order no longer present in the Order History?

Dear User,
Purchase orders made on Sixtyfour that have not been confirmed (paid) within a time limit of 60 days will be automatically deleted from the system, this procedure does not cause you any problems because you can always make a new order.

All confirmed and paid orders are displayed in your (Order History) which can be found in your (Account Management Panel). If an order is awaiting payment, it will be deleted after the time limit indicated above.

How much are shipping charges?

Rates for Italy (free)
Rate for rest of the world (10 € for each copy)

If I am having difficulty navigating the site and/or display problems, what I do?

You may encounter problems with viewing / navigation if you access pages other than the homepage, previously saved in Favourites.

Otherwise make sure you have cookies enabled and that the security level is not set too high.

If I cannot place an order because of server or connection problems, how can I place an order?

If you want to place an order but are having difficulties due to server or connection problems or other errors, you can still place an order.
Send an email to info@sixtyfour.info indicating the items you want to buy

(name of magazine or book, quantity, preferred form of payment, delivery address, telephone number),

and we will forward and give the order confirmation via email or telephone.

Can I add a product to a pending order?

No, it is not possible to add a product to a pending order, it is however, possible to place a new order and in the comments specify that there is another pending order (name, code number, order date). Our staff will do everything possible to try to help.

 

Is it possible to specify a specific day and time for delivery?

No, the couriers do not allow a pre-determined delivery time.

 

What should I do if the product I purchased does not arrive?

Make sure you have paid your product (Shipment takes place after we have received your payment)

How do I withdraw my permission to use my personal information?

What happens to the information I provide when I register for membership to the site?

Visitors to the Sixtyfour website who register for membership only provide necessary data. This information is used to set up the account. Sixtyfour does not sell or redistribute the list of members and will not send e-mails to the address you provided, except in the case of newsletters with new products or for infrequent announcements, or to solve problems that may arise with your account.
